Immediately after treatment, the skin can look slightly red, and pigmentation marks may have become more obvious. Slight swelling may occur under the eye area. When treating capillaries a blue-purplish bruise may appear on the treated area. This may last approximately 7-10 days, but can be covered by makeup. Most patients return to work and can have a treatment in a "lunch hour". Make-up can be immediately applied to the treated area.
